I put together a short video on Employee Engagement. My intention with this is to get you thinking about how you can do better. That’s not to say that anyone is doing poorly, and there is always scope to be better if you want to be.
This is my first ever LinkedIn video and, in doing this, I discovered that I am much more comfortable in front of a live audience than a camera! I’m embracing the discomfort though.
